Siobhan Moran

Siobhan Moran is Head of Development for Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF) and Chair of WIBF Northern Ireland, where she leads initiatives that advance leadership, mentoring, and gender equity across the financial services sector.

A passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, Siobhan plays a key role in shaping programmes that support the progression of women at all stages of their careers. Through her work with WIBF, she collaborates with industry leaders to drive meaningful change, foster diverse talent pipelines, and create more equitable workplaces.

Recognised for her impact, Siobhan was named Volunteer of the Year at the 2025 @ the WIBF Awards and received the Women’s Recognition Award for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Best Leadership.

Siobhan brings a strong focus on practical support to business leadership and will focus on the  power of mentorship to build resilient, forward-thinking organisations through diversity and collaboration.
