Introduction
We are MENTupLEADup LTD (referred to as “MENTUPLEADUP,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI713932. Our registered office is located at 16 Main Street, Limavady BT49 0FB.
By joining MENTupLEADup as a Subscription Member (hereinafter referred to as a “Member”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
We operate the website https://www.mentupleadup.com (the “Site”) and provide related products and services that reference or link to these Terms (collectively referred to as the “Services”). These Services include support to business leaders and business support professionals and a public directory where members’ services can be requested by website visitors.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you, whether as an individual or representing an entity, and MENTUPLEADUP. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Subscription
Subscription Eligibility
Eligibility for subscription subscription depends on the type of subscription an individual or corporate applies for. Detailed criteria for each type can be found on our website.
Subscription Types
- Individual – is designed for individual business leaders and business support professionals.
- Corporate – is available for organisations that wish to become affiliated with MENTUPLEADUP.

Subscriptions are self selected and payment is automatic on completion of the payment process. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.
Fees and Payment
Payment of Subscription Fees:
Subscription fees are payable according to the package selected and are collected from the payment card used and will continue to be collected at the relevant intervals for the minimum period of time relevant to the subscription package chosen.
Non-Refundable Fees:
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Adjustments to Subscription Fees:
MENTUPLEADUP reserves the right to adjust subscription fees. Any changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days’ prior notice, sent to your registered email address.
Payment Changes and Notifications:
Should MENTUPLEADUP make changes to the payment collection method; members will be provided with advance notice and clear instructions. Members must ensure their payment details and contact details are up-to-date to avoid any disruption to subscription services.
Failure to Pay:
If a subscription fee remains unpaid after the due date, MENTUPLEADUP reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscription services until payment is received.
Direct Debit Guarantee
Payments made via Direct Debit are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. This guarantees that:
You will be notified of the amount and date of any payment in advance (usually 3 working days).
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by MENTUPLEADUP or your bank, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank.
You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. Please also notify us to ensure no disruption to your subscription.
Subscription Responsibilities
As a payee, you agree to:
- Comply with these Terms and any additional rules or guidelines provided by MENTUPLEADUP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your subscription profile.
Refunds, Renewal and Termination
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded other than for exceptional reasons. While subscriptions are non-refundable, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum sign up period required with the product. Please note that cancellation will prevent any future billing, but it will not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee.
Subscription is renewed automatically each month unless you cancel.
MENTUPLEADUP may terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the company or its Members.
Changes to Subscription Terms
MENTUPLEADUP reserves the right to update or amend subscription terms at its discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the subscription benefits after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of MENTUPLEADUP branded material as a Subscriber
As a subscriber you are not permitted to use the MENTUPLEADUP logo or other branding elements (such as logos, colour schemes, or distinctive marks) without obtaining prior written consent from MENTUPLEADUP.
If permission is granted, you must adhere to MENTUPLEADUP’s branding guidelines and any specific instructions provided. You must also ensure that your use of the MENTUPLEADUP name or branding does not imply endorsement of any event, service, or product without explicit authorisation.
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that could harm or undermine the reputation of MENTUPLEADUP or its intellectual property. Any goodwill generated from the use of MENTUPLEADUP branding will accrue exclusively to MENTUPLEADUP.
MENTUPLEADUP reserves the right to revoke permission to use its branding at any time and for any reason
Failure to comply with these terms constitutes a material breach of the Subscription agreement. In such cases, MENTUPLEADUP reserves the right to terminate your Subscription immediately, with no refund of fees.
Intellectual Property and Use of Website Materials
Ownership of Materials
All intellectual property rights in the materials provided on the MENTUPLEADUP website (the “Materials”) are owned by MENTUPLEADUP. These Materials are made available for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Permitted Use
Website users must comply with the following rules regarding the use of Materials:
- You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any Materials without prior written consent from MENTUPLEADUP.
- Materials must not be used for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use.
- Copyright or other proprietary notices included in the Materials must not be removed or altered.

All MENTUPLEADUP members listed in the Find a Mentor directory maintain professional indemnity (PI) insurance to ensure adherence to professional standards.
Liability for Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a breach of these Terms or negligence. Specifically, we are not liable for:
- Loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time you agreed to these Terms.
- Issues arising from third-party services or providers.
- Any misuse of the Website or our services.
- Loss or damage resulting from fraudulent communications or unauthorised access.
Exclusions and Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any person’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Exclusion of Implied Terms
